In these terms and conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

Terms of Use

1. Content changes We have every right to change, delete or add the content on the portal without any announcement. The user/buyer is limited to viewing the content and placing orders for any book/material/publications available on the website.
2. Order rejection We can reject an order without notice.
3. Accurate information The user is required to provide correct information at the time of placing an order. If we feel that the information is incorrect, it is the responsibility of the user to provide proof for the information. If required, we can update the information stored in the portal.
4. Payment confirmation The user/buyer has to complete the payment transaction (the amount has to be credited into the Institute/Organization account/merchant account) for the order to be considered confirmed.
5. Shipping address Once the order is placed, we do not change the shipping address of the order.
6. Promotional use We have the right to use the results of successful candidates for our business promotions.
7. Delivery timelines The buyer has to inform us by email if a product is not delivered. It takes a minimum of 48 hours to process every order, and a minimum of 7 working days for order delivery.
8. Restrictions on reproduction Buyers are restricted from copying, distributing or re-printing the books and material purchased from our website. Any violation of this restriction is punishable under Indian law.
9. Digital content The user does not have any right or authority to download, resell, transfer, broadcast, display, distribute, publish or share in any form any of the videos and content from this portal, failing which stringent action shall be initiated against them as per law.
10. Declined transactions We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
