About the CPROLL Platform & Mobile App

CPROLL is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) payroll and workforce management platform offered to businesses by subscription. The CPROLL mobile app is specifically built for the employees of organizations that have signed up to the CPROLL SaaS platform.

The app is not intended for general public use — there is no public registration inside the app. Employee accounts are created and managed by the subscribing organization (the employer), and an employee can sign in only with the credentials provisioned by their organization.

Data Ownership

Because CPROLL is a SaaS product operated on behalf of subscribing organizations, all workforce data within the platform belongs to the company where the employee is working. This includes employee records, attendance, payslips, leave and reimbursement records, and related payroll information.

iCore Innovations Pvt Ltd acts only as the service provider that processes and safeguards this data on behalf of the subscribing organization. We do not own, sell, or share this data with third parties.

What Employees Can Do in the App

  1. Access payslips Employees can securely view and download their own payslips published by their organization.
  2. Make requests Employees can submit requests for leave, attendance regularization, reimbursement, and similar workforce services to their organization for approval.
  3. Delete pending requests An employee can delete or withdraw a request they have made as long as it has not yet been processed by the organization.
  4. Approved records Once a request is approved or processed, it becomes part of the organization’s official payroll and compliance records. From that point the data is owned by the company and cannot be deleted by the employee.

Account & Data Deletion

Employee accounts are provisioned, managed, and deactivated by the subscribing organization. Employees who wish to update or remove their account or personal information should contact the HR/payroll administrator of their organization. Retention and deletion of approved payroll records are governed by the organization’s own policies and applicable statutory record-keeping requirements.

In short

The CPROLL app is an employee companion to a B2B SaaS platform. Your employer owns the workforce data; you can view your payslips, raise leave / regularization / reimbursement requests, and delete a request only while it is still unprocessed. Approved records belong to your company and cannot be deleted from the app.
