How Support Works
CPROLL support is available to everyone using the platform — business owners and administrators evaluating or running payroll, and employees using the CPROLL mobile app. Email is the best channel for most issues since it lets us track your case end-to-end; call us for anything urgent that is blocking your payroll.
Getting Help Faster
You can help us resolve your issue quickly by including a few details in your first message:
- Your organization name The registered company name on your CPROLL subscription, so we can locate your account immediately.
- What you were doing The page or app screen you were on, and the action you tried — for example “generating the March wagesheet” or “submitting a reimbursement request”.
- What happened The exact error message (a screenshot is ideal), and roughly when it occurred.
- Who is affected Whether it affects one employee, one contract, or the whole organization — this helps us prioritise correctly.
What We Can Help With
Administrators: subscription and plan questions, organization setup, contracts, payroll runs, wagesheets, invoicing, GST and compliance reports, and user management.
Employees: signing in to the CPROLL mobile app, viewing payslips, and submitting leave, regularization or reimbursement requests. Note that employee accounts are created by your employer — for questions about your salary details, approvals, or account activation, your organization’s HR/payroll administrator is the right first contact.
Locked Out of Your Account?
If you cannot sign in, you can request a temporary support session from the login screen. Our team issues a one-time OTP that restores access for a limited window so you can get back in quickly — with no loss of data. If the problem persists, contact us using any of the channels above.
